responsible to allow a return or exchange.

- Certain items such as food, filter products, fish food, pumps, led, etc. shall not be returned or exchanged once their seal is found to be broken.
- In case of any damaged or missing product, the customer is required to raise the request for return within 24 hours from the time of delivery, Once the request is made, the customer needs to provide visual proof (an image or a video) of the damaged product to Sea pearls aquarium Shop within 24 hrs from the time of delivery.
- All items that are to be returned must be unused and in the original condition with all their original tags and packaging intact and they should not be broken or tampered with.
- In the event that Sea pearls aquarium Shop accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product, after that will the refund be credited to the customer’s account.
- Refund will not be processed until a quality check of the product is conducted by the experts
